Updated: Public Health Order (Proof of Vax)

The City of Chicago recently updated its public health order for its proof of vaccination in public places requirements. The revised order changes the following:

  • Changes the definition of “covered location” for restaurants only include restaurants where food is “consumed,” instead of those where food is “served.” For example, a Domino’s with no seating no longer needs to comply with the employee mandate.

  • All professional athletes, college athletes, and performing artists are exempt regardless of residency.
